RAIN KING Initiate posted December 13, 1999 08:14 PM             in the latest issue, JACK FROST and JOLLY ROGER talk their way into a weapons facility which houses the CYPHERMEN(loved this bit). who or what gave them the orders to do this? am i overlooking someting from a previous issue? also, where did fanny go off to? i guess it's possible that HELGA(i think i'm in love) got the information out of SIR MILES during his interrogation with KEY 23. Naraoia Operative posted December 13, 1999 08:18 PM             There was some weirdness about the whole cyphermen raid, building out of the El Fayed training thing and the general fracturing of the narrative... as far as I can tell the whole impetus for that one came out of Roger being horny and needing to stick it to somebody.
