Everyone at the college radio station I voulenteer at revers Mogwai,
they played here and it was like a religious experience. I'm afraid
to admit I've never heard them. But hey, listen to KUSF on the web,
best music in the world, http://www.kusf.org/ I think, or maybe you need to
go to webradio.com I know it can be done, I've just never been able
to do it.

A lot of the Mogqai I've heard sounds like an ambient techno answer
to Sonic Youth's "Daydream Nation" album -- especially the track
Providence.
Answering machine messages and distant, pretty
meandering melodies.
Underneath a blanket of crackle and
hiss.
